To prepare for your move in we make any necessary repairs, paint the apartment, professionally clean the apartment including the carpet unless replacement is necessary. Lastly, we do a lock change and a final inspection to insure the apartment is ready for you to move in.
Yes, we do provide 24-hour, on-site emergency maintenance.
You can submit a work order to have the item fixed in your resident services account or call the office to submit your work order. If it is an emergency you will call the 24-hour emergency maintenance number.
Maintenance that is not considered an emergency in most circumstances is repaired within 24 to 48 hours based on if an appointment is required. Emergency maintenance will typically respond within 15 minutes.
No, you do not need to be present to have a work order completed. If you do request an appointment we can set up a time for you to be present during the maintenance.
You will need to provide identification to verify you are a lease holder. Once your identity has been verified maintenance will let you into your apartment. If it is after the office is closed you will need to call emergency maintenance to be let in.
Pictures and décor may be hung with small wire nails. Any alterations will need prior written consent from the owner.
We have a pool, clubhouse, nearby park, close to shopping and all major expressways.
Our pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Pool operating hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM.
We have open parking and also garages for lease for $70.00 a month.
Full-size washers and dryers are provided in every apartment.
Yes, we do allow cats and dogs in select buildings.
There's a $150.00 non-refundable Pet Fee and $20.00 a month Pet Rent.
We do have breed and weight restrictions. Weight can't exceed 75 Ibs. for one pet and two pets together can't exceed 100 Ibs. Please call the office in regards to the breed restrictions.
We do not have a pet park on site, however there is one within 2 miles. We do provide pet waste stations at our community and allow you to walk your pet on property as long as they are leashed.

No, but we do work with Cort Furniture and they will provide furniture for a fee if needed.
We offer leases from 6 to 15 months.
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There aren't any quiet hours but noise must remain at a respectable level at all times to avoid disturbing others. We have a community building that is available to rent for a $75.00 Rental Fee with a $100.00 deposit. The deposit will be refunded as long as the community building is left in the same condition it was in prior to the gathering.
We allow walk-ins and take appointments as well.
Management is available during business hours or by appointment.

You will need to pay your Security Deposit, Administrative Fee and your pro-rated rent amount.
Start your search for an apartment ahead of time and make a list of things you are looking for along with the price range you desire.
You may pay your rent online, send a check by mail, or visit any retailer that provides WIPS (Walk In Payment System).
You may pay your rent online by logging in to your resident services account you created when applying. You can then add a debit card, credit card or ACH (banking information) to make a payment.
There are additional fees for cable, internet, garage, or pet(s)
No, but we highly recommend renter's insurance to protect your belongings because we only insure the structure of the building itself.
The gas for heating, cooking and hot water is included, along with water, sewer & trash services.

We provide internet and cable through Bloom Broadband. We also offer Dish Network.
You may have guests and they must follow the lease policies. You as a lease holder are responsible for your guests.
No, subletting is not allowed. We do offer an option to break your lease early for an additional fee.
Please contact the office to determine the amount required to break your lease.
Our community is near shopping, restaurants, fitness centers, and a park.

There are several shopping centers close by including Walmart, Meijer, and Kroger.
Coming from 75 N. take exit 109 S Dort Highway/Grand Blanc, turn left on Grand Blanc Road. Your destination will be 2.5 miles down on the right. Coming from I-475 S take exit 2 for Hill Road, turn right onto Hill Road, turn left on Fenton Road and again onto Grand Blanc Road. We're located a half a mile down on the left. Coming from US 23 N take exit 88 Rankin/Grand Blanc, turn right on Grand Blanc Road and follow for 2.5 miles and the community is on the left.
