Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.
Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 and additional pet rent of $20 a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information.
Great. Really had no major issues with service or other tenants. The grounds are kept nice and the plowing in the Winter is great. Love having the accessibility to a garage as well. Maintenance responds on a timely manner. Customer Service is great as well. - Verified Resident

I have lived at Heatherwood 7 years. I love it. It is home.They have a nice pool and a community building that you can rent on weekends for parties, graduations, wedding dinners for a nominal fee.. I had my birthday party there this year. I gave a graduation party there for my sister. If anything needs attention you can call the office. They quickly resolve the problem. It is quiet here. That is a necessity for me This is a nice place to live. I call it home. - Linda

Heatherwood is nice and gives a sense of safety and comfort. The landscape is always immaculate and I love the fountain. The staff is always willing to assist, the maintenance is Johnny-on-the-spot. Lived there 1 year and loved it. I only moved due to relocating for work. I minded my business, honored my lease, paid rent on time, and didn't have to interact with staff unless I put in a maintenance request. Requests were always finished within 2 days.
